FleetCor Administrator Mobile App
FleetCor (now Corpay) needed to create an administrator mobile app quickly to fill the gap for users who needed to monitor activity and manage access to prepaid cards for fleet drivers while traveling. I led the design of the mobile app, leveraging existing web screens in a hybrid mobile approach.
Claim Audit Platform
I was brought in to manage the Payment Integrity UX portfolio at Optum. The Claim Auditing Platform project was my biggest challenge and involved educating stakeholders on UX, coming up with new ways of working, and expanding my team’s visibility and influence.
Decooda CX Connect Social Media Platform
I led the design of a CX community social media platform connecting CX thought leaders and community members to share and learn CX information. My team created the design of the SaaS application from inception to development-ready, user-validated designs within a four-month timeline.
