FleetCor (now Corpay) needed to create a mobile app quickly to fill the gap for administrators who needed to manage prepaid cards on the go. I led the design, leveraging existing screens in a hybrid mobile approach.

The Claim Audit Platform project was my biggest challenge as portfolio manager for Payment Integrity at Optum, and involved coming up with new ways of working and expanding my team’s visibility and influence.

I led the design of a CX community social media platform connecting CX thought leaders and community members from inception to development-ready, user-validated designs within a four-month timeline.
